The Sanwa MG5000 is a high voltage digital insulation tester capable of measuring voltages within the range of 600 Volts under IEC 61010-1 CAT IV and CAT III ratings.

The MG5000 is an all-digital insulation tester that can measure the resistance of a power line and power equipment within the range of 600V under CAT. IV. It can measure a maximum resistance of up to 1TΩ with an accuracy of ±5%+3.

The MG5000 has a 1200 counts digital display with a backlight feature and has a 36-point bar graph that displays the insulation resistance. This device has 5 voltage ranges for insulation resistance measurements, the ranges are automatically adjusted on this device. The MG5000 also has an ‘Auto Hold’ function that automatically holds or pauses the measured value on the screen.

The instrument is IP54 rated and has a safe design compliant with the IEC61010-1 standards.

The Sanwa MG1000 is a 3 range ( 1000V/500V/250V) digital insulation tester that features hot-line state detection, a large backlit display with bar graph and a tough, built-in carry case.

The MG1000 is a digital DC insulation resistance tester to measure the insulation resistance of power lines and equipment within 600V under CAT III. It has an insulation/resistance measurement range of 4M/40M/400M/4000MΩ, and a test voltage measurement range of 1000V/500V/250V. It has a large, 4200 count  display with a backlight and log bar graph – just like in an analog meter. The MG1000 also features a lock-down cover that functions as a dust-proof and splash-proof IP54 rated carry case.

This device can also measure AC and DC voltages with an accuracy of 3%, and a maximum voltage of 600 Volts (AC & DC). The AC frequency bandwidth range is 45 to 400 Hertz. An indicator LED lights up when the input is greater than or equal to 30 volts (AC/DC), and the buzzer turns on when the voltage exceeds 600 volts, the maximum voltage that can be displayed in 780 Volts.

The Sanwa PDM1529S is a DC insulation resistance tester to measure the insulation resistance of electric lines and electric equipment. This instrument has a minimum number of scale graduations and employs a three-range system for easy viewing and readability.

This device has a maximum insulation resistance rating of 2000MΩ at 1000 Volts and has 1st effective measurement range of ±5% of full scale. The PDM1529S can measure both AC & DC voltages with 60 Volts maximum for DC and 600 Volts maximum for AC voltage.

This instrument also features an Auto discharge function which is used immediately after an insulation test to automatically release charges stored within the circuit under test during measurement. The PDM1529S is IEC61010-1 CAT.III 600V certified and is also IP20 rated making it resistant to dust or particles that are over 12mm in size.

The Sanwa DM1009S is an Analog DC Insulation tester with an accuracy of ±5% of full scale.

The Sanwa DM1009S a DC insulation resistance tester to measure the insulation resistance of electric lines and equipment. The measured voltage is maintained until the low insulation resistance value at the rated current specifi­ed in IEC61557-2. This instrument is CAT. III 600V certified.

The DM1009S is equipped with the discharge function to discharge a test circuit once the user is done testing it. The device can measure up to 2000MΩ of insulation resistance when a test voltage of 1000 volts is applied. This instrument can also measure voltages of up to 60V DC and 600V AC with an accuracy of ±5% of full scale.

The Sanwa DM509S is a DC insulation resistance tester to measure electric lines’ and equipment’s insulation resistance. The DM509S is IEC61010-1 and IEC61010-2-030 CAT. III 600V certified and has an IP20 rating that protects it against dust and other particles.

The insulation resistance function on this device has an accuracy of ±5% of full scale and can measure the insulation resistance of up to 1000MΩ. This instrument is also capable of measuring AC and DC voltages along with a battery check function. The DM509S is equipped with the MΩ (insulation resistance) measuring switch that enables both one-shot or continuous measurement.
